Spark people guides me throughout my days. I am recording my food intake and exercise activities and that has made the difference. At any time of the day I can refer to my food page and use the tool to guide my food choices for the rest of the day. I have walked my dog 2times a day for many years but I have bumped up my walking time to include walking an extra 3miles a day by walking our hilly road with some friends. What a difference that has made for my body as well as my overall feeling of wellness

Thank you for the roller skates goodie! When I was a teenager, you couldn't get me out of my skates, lol. (I wanted to run away from home and join the roller derby!) I hope your week is off to a great start!
