Hi...I'm looking to change the way I think about food and to get down to a healthy weight through modifying my choices in food and learning to love exercise. I'm realizing in life most things take effort, my health is something that needs that effort right now. I've really enjoyed making so many friends on SP and I learn so much from all of you!

My Goals:
1. Is to be down to a size 16 by June 29th, 2013.
2. To be down to my goal weight by April of 2014.

My Program:
Currently, I'm sticking to a higher protein diet and lighter on the carbs and working my tush off at the gym!!!


Personal Information:
I live in Enumclaw, Washington. I love it here and hope as I lose weight I will be able to get out and enjoy the outdoors more.

Other Information:
I've been on SP for over 2 years. I had a weight loss high of 56 pounds, but I had a relapse and am relosing some of the weight. I want this time to be a total lifestyle change!

You are super sweet to check up on me!
I am still doing great! Fitness minutes are probably down because show choir is over and I am no longer walking 15 miles a week around school buildings. :) Sprinkler season has started and I spend far more time on my hind end than I like. Still hitting the Jensen basement gym 5 days a week.
