Hi...I'm looking to change the way I think about food and to get down to a healthy weight through modifying my choices in food and learning to love exercise. I'm realizing in life most things take effort, my health is something that needs that effort right now. I've really enjoyed making so many friends on SP and I learn so much from all of you!

My Goals:
1. Is to be down to a size 16 by June 29th, 2013.
2. To be down to my goal weight by April of 2014.

My Program:
Currently, I'm sticking to a higher protein diet and lighter on the carbs and working my tush off at the gym!!!


Personal Information:
I live in Enumclaw, Washington. I love it here and hope as I lose weight I will be able to get out and enjoy the outdoors more.

Other Information:
I've been on SP for over 2 years. I had a weight loss high of 56 pounds, but I had a relapse and am relosing some of the weight. I want this time to be a total lifestyle change!

Thanks for checking up on me!
I am doing well, had several deadlines pile up on top of each other and have been cramped for time.
Had a fast food every day week a couple weeks ago and gained 4 pounds. Ditched those in a hurry getting back to eating clean. :)
