Hi...I'm looking to change the way I think about food and to get down to a healthy weight through modifying my choices in food and learning to love exercise. I'm realizing in life most things take effort, my health is something that needs that effort right now. I've really enjoyed making so many friends on SP and I learn so much from all of you!

My Goals:

My Program:
Currently, I'm sticking to a higher protein diet and lighter on the carbs and working my tush off at the gym!!!


Personal Information:
I live in Enumclaw, Washington. I love it here and hope as I lose weight I will be able to get out and enjoy the outdoors more.

Other Information:
I've been on SP for over 2 years. I had a weight loss high of 56 pounds, but I had a relapse and am relosing some of the weight. I want this time to be a total lifestyle change!

OMG! Where can I rent a sauna before tomorrow morning?

OK, I will have to use STEAM instead (majorly HOT shower and stand in it for a loooooong time)- and will try to sweat off at least a pound before climbing on the scale.

And as for you and your dress, you are so beautiful you could wear a burlap bag to the wedding and you'd still outshine 99.99 percent of EVERYONE there. (left a little room there for the bride).

Thanks Robin for the comment on my blog. Well, I climb on the scales tomorrow and you climb on yours Saturday - so here's to both of us seeing success. Of course, we must weigh-in first thing in the morning/s .... after we've peed .... and while standing stark naked. Can't let anything throw that scale off, ya know. emoticon
