Hi...I'm looking to change the way I think about food and to get down to a healthy weight through modifying my choices in food and learning to love exercise. I'm realizing in life most things take effort, my health is something that needs that effort right now. I've really enjoyed making so many friends on SP and I learn so much from all of you!

My Goals:
1. Is to be down to a size 16 by June 29th, 2013.
2. To be down to my goal weight by April of 2014.

My Program:
Currently, I'm sticking to a higher protein diet and lighter on the carbs and working my tush off at the gym!!!


Personal Information:
I live in Enumclaw, Washington. I love it here and hope as I lose weight I will be able to get out and enjoy the outdoors more.

Other Information:
I've been on SP for over 2 years. I had a weight loss high of 56 pounds, but I had a relapse and am relosing some of the weight. I want this time to be a total lifestyle change!

Oh honey, I haven't hit the 50 lb mark yet. I'm only at 22 right now. But I will get there; I know I will. And I'm with you--it's about being the best self we can be. And Bubba enjoyed his walk.

Thanks for you comment on my page about the c25k program! I actually had to stop for a week after doing week 4 day 1. It was too much and I over did it. I just actually switched to the Sparkpeople 5K Your Way Rookie Running Program. The week to week changes don't seem as hard as the C25k program although I can't imagine being able to run a 5K afterwards. I think when the 8 weeks are up on the SP program I am going to switch back to the C25K program for their last few weeks. I tried to start at week 3 in the SP program today but was only able to do week 2 (walk 3 mins, run 2 mins - repeat 4x). So I will continue week 2 for now. Good luck to you. It is very hard for me also. I have never been a runner, ever. emoticon emoticon
