Losing weight a mile at a time

My name is Rebeca and I am the mother of 13 month old, I work full time as an Administrative Assistant and currently I am taking classes for my real estate License. I live in Marietta, Pennsylvania. Before my son, I was in the best shape of my life. I was 145lbs and 20% body fat. Exercising and eating right was easy to do and I did it most days. In my last trimester, I reached 205lbs and after having my son, I was left with an extra 15lbs at a 160lbs weight. I had a C-section so I knew that ...

Before my son, I was in the best shape of my life. I was 145lbs and 20% body fat. Exercising and eating right was easy to do and I did it most days. In my last trimester, I reached 205lbs and after having my son, I was left with an extra 15lbs at a 160lbs weight. I had a C-section so I knew that returning to my exercise routine was going to take time, but a year was more than enough time. This past May, before my son turned one, I decided to hit the home gym again and so far I've lost 7lbs. My goal however, is to reach 135lbs, 10lbs less than my pre-pregnancy weight. I love to read success stories, these can be a lot more encouraging than people think. I hope that my story can be someone's encouragement some day.
