I did a full marathon a year ago but took it much slower after that. Professionally I am a chef and caterer, and have posted quite a few recipes. These are not necessarily recipes I use for the business - most are what I am eating these days - but I really, really love feedback so if you make a recipe of mine, please comment so that I can make it better!

Hi Rebecca -
Thanks so much for your detailed information about tweaking our tracker to reflect lower carb protocols! I had tried Adkins years ago and didn't really make a go of it very well. Don't remember the details why (likely because I had never heard of SparkPeople back then, ha! Think it was long before SP started when I attempted.). These days, well, this last week, I've been trying a keto/lchf protocol and so far it's working well. But, of course, SparkPeople tracker makes it sound like I'm some fat sucking hog and having a shortfall on carbs etc.

Thank you so much for the goodie...those are killer pumps! And yes advice on low carb would be helpful. I love carbs and struggle to cut back.
