The evolving NEW ME!

I love my Fitbit step Counter! I have been walking a average of 8000 steps a day, one day I even got to over 15000! Its a fun way for me to visualize my journey to adding more "up" out of the chair time each day!

Plus when you are feeling a little tired at the end of the day...you can reflect back on ...is it because I walked more today or is it ...my diet wasnt as good...stress level... or not much sleep the night before. That way I can adjust my Plan to a healthier life!
