I'm Rebecca, a 40-year-old wife, mother, teacher, and martial artist. I joined Sparkpeople in December 2010 and have since learned how to run, gotten down to the weight on my driver's license, and met some incredible people with their own stories and goals to share.
2015 Habits 1. No more excuses 2. Drink 8 glasses of water daily. 3. Stay within 1400-1600 calories daily. 4. Work out 200 minutes per week.
I wanted to stop by and thank you for your kind and encouraging words. Even though I'm not as active on SparkPeople as I have been in the past, I have always appreciated knowing that I have encouraging people like you I've met on here.
Hi! Thanks for your comment on my feed. Basically, I am just sitting around gaining weight and not making any progress. Eating all the wrong things without any thought to serving size or eating healthy.
I want to lose the weight but I am not motivated and too lazy to do the work. Joining challenges hasn't helped or teams. Each day I plan to make it a good day but SOON fall off the wagon. I think about it all the time so I haven't given up. I just have to do it!
What I SHOULD do is go back and read some of your blogs. Lots of good information and motivation there. Thanks for asking. Congratulations on your weight loss!
Beccs, you crack me up "totally off topic" LMAO I hope you continue to enjoy your soy creamer in good health! Gotta have something to splurge on!!! I have sugar...2 glorious teaspoons!! Never gonna give that up! LoL I hope all is well!!
Yes they are WW Points Plus. I did this program about 15 years ago and had success until I started sabotaging myself (a pattern with me). And it's working for my sister, so I thought it would work for me this time too, but...so far not happening.
I agree, back to nutritional tracking instead of points will hopefully kick it back into gear.
