I'm Rebecca, a 39-year-old wife, mother, teacher, and martial artist. I joined Sparkpeople in December 2010 and have since learned how to run, gotten down to the weight on my driver's license, and met some incredible people with their own stories and goals to share.

Hey girl! Good to see you! I miss you! I'm thinking I can get back to TKD soon. I'm not sure I should go back now, or wait until after testing. I know I won't be ready to test in March.

What Naturopath did Brian use? I'm thinking about getting the food testing done for myself since I think I have issues with wheat or gluten.

We should get together soon!

WI cold is WAY too cold for my GA blood!

thanks for your comment on my blog. It was really fun. I can hear the notification on my phone when I get an email, so I knew when people left a comment on my feed. I didn't have to check my page constantly.
