Happy and Healthy Holidays!

November 28th Weight: 157.0
January 2nd Weight: 156.6 Woo hoo! I didn't gain over the holidays!! Now it's time to get back down to the 140s.
Goal weight for January 31: 149.0

1. Nutrition
* Incorporate healthy smoothies into daily nutrition to increase protein and calcium intake.
* Track nutrition as I eat so that I don't go overboard on calories.

2. Fitness
* Consciously plan workouts...but have a Plan B and Plan C ready as backups.
Challenge: Try to strength-train twice a week.
Challenge: Do one TKD and one Xperience class each week.

3. Mind and Spirit
* Greet all challenges with a smile.
* Drink green tea once a day.
* Blog often to focus on feelings and ideas

    Hey right back at you! How are you doing? Congratulations on your recent weight loss. That is great! Thanks for posting the smoothie recipe on your blog. I was just talking to my boss about smoothies today. She's starting to make them herself.

    You asked what great choice I made today. Well, I made the choice to get back on track again but it sort of fell apart at dinnertime. So the choice for tomorrow is to get right back up on the horse and keep on going. That's the only way to get to the finish line. Right?

    Thanks so much for commenting on my blog! I thought at first she misunderstood, but it doesn't seem so as she decided she needed to leave three separate comments. It's like she kept thinking of negative things she could add on. People like her are a disgrace. I did leave her a tactful comment on her profile to let her know that what she did was NOT okay, and that I hope she hasn't done anything similar to others on here, too. I'm sure if she does read my newest post, she'll continue with her negativity, but hey, that's on her. People who can't be happy for others will never be happy themselves! On a side note, I see you run half marathons! I do, too, and have one coming up next weekend! It'll be my fourth, and I'm extremely excited! Again, thank you so much for the pick-me-up.     Hi. Thanks for your comments on my Spark Page. My computer is really slow these days so I don't spend as much time on the website anymore. My points basically come from spinning the wheels and taking the extra team points. What I really need to do is rack up some fitness minutes, spend time reading the articles and taking some challenges. I should follow your programs and plans because you are always an inspiration to me.

    Are you already enjoying your summer break or will school be in session for a little longer? I hope you have a fun and relaxing summer. Enjoy every minutes of it. Have a great week.
