Hi! Thanks for your comment on my feed. Basically, I am just sitting around gaining weight and not making any progress. Eating all the wrong things without any thought to serving size or eating healthy.

I want to lose the weight but I am not motivated and too lazy to do the work. Joining challenges hasn't helped or teams. Each day I plan to make it a good day but SOON fall off the wagon. I think about it all the time so I haven't given up. I just have to do it!

What I SHOULD do is go back and read some of your blogs. Lots of good information and motivation there. Thanks for asking. Congratulations on your weight loss!

RTC: Thank you for the comment on my blog :)

Yes they are WW Points Plus.
I did this program about 15 years ago and had success until I started sabotaging myself (a pattern with me). And it's working for my sister, so I thought it would work for me this time too, far not happening.

I agree, back to nutritional tracking instead of points will hopefully kick it back into gear.

Thanks again :)

OMG -- thank you for your comment!! You made me realize that, while I do have a goal in mind, the goal is just a number on a scale! This whole time, I've never really considered what life will be like when I cross that finish line. Maybe that's why I keep getting stuck in neutral, so to speak.

I'm going to be contemplating this over the next few days, and absolutely will be blogging about it soon!

Thank you!!!
