One Goal at a Time

August Task List

1. Aim for 35 minutes of fitness per day. Shoot for 1000 minutes again this month!

2. Use meals from The Spark Solution to stay on a healthy track.

3. Be able to run 3.5 miles without a break in training for a 10k.

4. Core work! See that picture on the left sidebar? That's the dream. I'll post my own ab shot on August 31. (Gulp.)

I'm Rebecca, a 39-year-old wife, mother, teacher, and martial artist. I joined Sparkpeople in December 2010 and have since learned how to run, gotten down to the weight on my driver's license, and met some incredible people with their own stories and goals to share.

Thank you! I am excited to start this new journey and very annoyed with a coworker at my job so I'm itching to get this going. I'm launching a fall detox October 1st so let me know if you know anyone who would be interested in participating! It's 11 days so it's a nice short one. :)
