OMG -- thank you for your comment!! You made me realize that, while I do have a goal in mind, the goal is just a number on a scale! This whole time, I've never really considered what life will be like when I cross that finish line. Maybe that's why I keep getting stuck in neutral, so to speak.

Hey there...back in the saddle is where I am at with a new challenge to keep me focused... and that is just to stay in range and not keep gaining weight back! I have to start moving though...hard when you have working mom-guilt, but I think the kids are getting old enough to get over it for that half-hour of time!!!
