Things here are quiet at the moment...family is away on vaca as I work this week b/c of the new job. No biggie because I am catching up on my health coaching course! Lots of weeks of lectures missed for me and a test on Monday! and it is also getting me to refocus on ME!!! Counting the uber-quiet as a blessing. When does one get this opportunity to quiet oneself?!? pretty rare! LoL
