Sticking With It

For years I've eaten and done what I wanted, not giving a thought to how it affects me. Now I realize how much my diet impacts my body. It's not just the weight, I feel good when I eat right and I feel awful when I don't. It only takes one day to remind me. So I'm making a commitment to myself, to eat better, exercise more, and not worry about the numbers.

My Goals:
My goal is to not give up. I know that some weeks will be better than others and I will not punish myself for eating too much sometimes. I may take a few detours but as long as I keep getting back on the highway I think that's pretty darn good.

My Program:
I'm trying to eat healthy, exercise and feel better. I would like to lose weight, but I'm trying not to focus on that.

Personal Information:
Most people call me Q. I live in Texas where it's too stinkin hot to exercise outside in the summer. I work at a job where I sit for 8 to 13 hours a day. A great environment if you want to gain weight not lose it.

Other Information:
My favorite book is The Count of Monte Cristo. I like listening to music and annoying my two cats.

I tracked calories yesterday and today and tracked my boot camp which burns almost all my calories for the week! i'll probably work out in the morning too.
