My Goals:
To lose some weight so that I will feel better. I do not feel good when I am carrying too much weight.

My Program:
Logging my food
Cardio 5 times per week for at least 30 minutes
Core training 3 times per week.


Personal Information:
I am married to a man that I met for the first time in kindergarten. I have a son that I adore who recently started Sparking with his wife. I have 2 step-daughters. The youngest will graduate from high school in a couple of weeks! My favorite family member is my grandson, who is just precious!

Other Information:
I like to read novels. I am currently reading "Mudbound" which is a novel about a black family and a white family in Mississippi following World War 1. So far, I am really enjoying it.

Sorry - I just saw your comment on my blog today! The C25K program is short for "Couch to 5K". It's for beginning runners - of any age or weight. If you are interested in becoming a runner or doing a 5K (which is 3.1 miles) then that's a great place to start. It's nine weeks long (3x a week) and it's tough, but you just need to push yourself - a great test of your determination and inner strength - and believe me - I pray alot on the treadmilll too! It can be indoors or outdoors - whatever works for you. I put together a couple of playlists for my iPod that are all fast Christian songs so I have good paced music to run to. Let me know if you are interested in my list for some suggestions to run to!
