This is it, now or never!

I've been here before, fat and fed up. I had done so well but somewhere along the road I let my own reaction to stress really mess up my healthy habits. The bingeing on rubbish food has to stop and I am taking over control again. I need to stay motivated and would appreciate encouragement along the way!!

Crowd out poor health habits. Choose activity before TV. Eat 3 veggies first for each meal. You will crowd out the less healthy choices.
