Rediscovering the Real Me
I am a 49-year old single mother of two teenagers. While I have always viewed my weight as my biggest problem, I am just now realizing that it is really a symptom of inner turmoil, depression, and loss of self. I am in the process of rediscovering who I am on the inside as I redefine my outside.
