How are you do today. I am so happy it is Saturday. This week I had to keep doing my routine, however, I really have not been well. Still not felling so good, but feel I need to stop by.
We have a snow storm here. My daughter is all excited because she can go snow boarding. Our dogs have been enjoying playing in the snow—it is funny watching them.
I am starting to eat an anti-inflammatory diet. I have noticed a 2 pound weight loss!! The Spark cardio chair exercise DVD has been good for me as is Leslie Sansome's DVD have been helping me too. This upcoming week I am doing the Spark 28 Boot Camp Day DVD.

I am hoping to get my house cleaned so tomorrow I can relax watching the Super Bowl. My hubby and I are working on a healthy snack menu No soda pop or chips,or junk food.
Tonight I am gong to look into how to make rag rugs. I need rugs for my kitchen and thought rag rugs would be prefect for my farmhouse kitchen. Trying to keep my mind of my back pain as well as do something that is fun. I'd like to use some of my old sheets and table cloths that have stains on them.

Today my hubby is the chef. I get a day off from cooking!! However, cleaning the kitchen will be my job. He sure does use a lot of dishes. LOL But what counts is his wanting to help me out. I do appreciate that.
