I'm doing it!

My name is Melodie and I haven't been here for a long time. I restarted taking control of my health last August . I started whole 30 then switched to paleo by October and it honestly has changed my whole perspective. I started at 260.6 and by December I was down to 220 . The only exercise I did was walking. I then got a Fitbit in October and it has truely pushed me. In Febuary I joined a gym and I am proud to say I reached onderland by Easter. Today I am preparing for a 5k for August and ...

I do the Whole 3o program/PALEO
I EAT NO GRAINS, WHOLE LEAN MEATS, NO PROCESSED SUGARS NO DAI RY NO ALCOHOL
WITH A 80/20 PHILOSOPHY. WE CANNOT BE PERFECT ALWAYS, WE HAVE LIFE EVENTS, VACATIONS WHERE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE BUT IF YOU DO IT 80% OF TIME WITH REGULAR EXERCISE YOU CAN DO THIS.

It is Saturday, I wanted to make a short visit on your page today. Need to let you know how important you are.

I am hoping to get my house cleaned so tomorrow I can relax watching the Super Bowl. My hubby and I are working on a healthy snack menu No soda pop or chips,or junk food.

Tonight I am gong to look into how to make rag rugs. I need rugs for my kitchen and thought rag rugs would be prefect for my farmhouse kitchen. Trying to keep my mind of my back pain as well as do something that is fun. I'd like to use some of my old sheets and table cloths that have stains on them.

Wonder if any of you have made rag rugs?

Hello my special friend:
What a blessing you are to me...sure am honored to be able to send you a message and know that you enjoy them. That means so much to me.

I love Sundays...spend them relaxing and enjoying my family. What are you up to? Anything special happening this week? I have my appointment with the back specialistβ€”hope he can ease this pain.

Today my hubby is the chef. I get a day off from cooking!! However, cleaning the kitchen will be my job. He sure does use a lot of dishes. LOL But what counts is his wanting to help me out. I do appreciate that.

How are you doing with your healthy life-style journey? Because I have not been sleeping, I am not losing any weight. I sure could use some encouragement. Do you need any encouragement too?
