My name is Lesley. I live just outside of Boston, MA. I am married with 2 grown boys and a dog. My husband and I love to travel. We were pretty active - skiing, gym, camping, etc. but some injuries (broken bones, torn ligaments, bulging discs) have made us a little more sedentary and out of shape then we would like.

I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis (hypothyroidism) and it is really, really easy to put on the weight and really, really hard to take it off. I find that when I stay active, I can at least maintain, and have been watching what I eat for many years to not get out of control.

I was never a gym person, but am more and more getting into going and liking it. I like being outdoors and walking and staying active. I really hate winters now.

It's time to start being more active, getting into shape and taking care of me, since for the last 20 years I have been taking care of other.

My Goals:
I am looking for overall healthy lifestyle. My goal is to loose 15-20lbs, but more importantly begin a more active lifestyle .

My Program:
My goals;

1. Long term goal is to loose 20lbs.
a. Exercise at least 5x per week - in the morning before work
b. Log my food every day.

2. Meditate.

3. Unplug at night. 1 hour of computer time at night.

5. Stay organized. Keep to do lists visible and current.

6. Post my goals where I can see them.
