My Goals:
i do want to drop a few pounds but this site i think is helping me learn some self-discipline and the act of being diligent and consistent in many aspects of my life, so far i find this site very helpful in many ways

Personal Information:
I live in Colorado Springs and LOVE it. I am working on a Master's in Sports Medicine and love that too... I am currently single and patiently waiting for the Lord to place the right man into me life :)

Other Information:
 I am pretty down to earth. I like Napolean Dynamite, the color red, strawberries on a hot day, music, worshiping the Lord, days where you don't have to set the alarm, my cats, Rockband, new socks, and many other random things...
