To get to 175 lbs, leaving me feeling fit and confident.
1. Drink 8 (8 oz) glasses of water each day. 2. Track all my food, staying within the calorie range for me. 3. Started swimming 1/2/13 and want to continue this as my favorite go to exercise. 4. Keep in contact with at least one Spark Buddy daily to review progress & committments.
I have lived in Wisconsin my whole life. I worked in the accounting industry as an Office Manager for a couple of companies. I am now in a job that is not too interesting. So once I get my confidence back, I plan on making a change to do something I like to do. I have two grown boys (20 & 22) and married to a wonderful man since 1989. For our 25th we'd like to do something special, so I also want to look good in a swimsuit, in case it's some place warm!
Would like to try different fruits & veggies I've never eaten before. I'm a very picky eater, so this is huge when I try something new. I tried an Avocado this year and have added Quinoa to one of my favorites.

PS: I just get my pictures by doing Google Image searches for what I'm looking for. I also have a friend who sends them to me, I have asked her where she gets them but so far she hasn't told me, lol.
