Took notice of you Page. Sounds like we might just be pretty close within the same age range, if I go by the children description, anyways. My body is just inching its way into the menopause phase, so I'm not quite there, just yet, myself.

As for your call out for strength training feedback, I have some for ya. I've been doing it, for about 5 years (had a few bumps in the road in between) and so I can verify that *YES* you can lose some pant sizes, by doing it. I've gone from a size 20, down into size 0 & 1's. It is amazing just how much fat/inch loss & muscle building can change a womans figure, so definitely keep working at it!

emoticon On quitting smoking, too! Wonderful!! emoticon
