I am back and with the right attitude! My previous goal, whether I've admitted it to myself or not, has always been to drop inches and weight to change the way I look. Maybe it's my age and all the little aches and pains that come with it, but I finally realize that losing the pounds and inches have a lot of other benefits as well. After eating really badly and not moving for several months, I was having problems with basic daily functions. My energy level was at an all time low. I couldn't make it through laundry and house cleaning! After one month of clean eating and daily exercise, my energy level is back and most of my aches that reduced my mobility are leaving! I feel so much better! I'm not saying it has been easy. There have been mornings when I get up and working out is the last thing I want to do. It takes everything I have to do it. But I keep reminding myself of how I felt one month ago when I could barely walk up and down the stairs, and that's enough to get me moving! I also remain thankful that I am able to work out. Here's to the right attitude!

1. Exercise at least 10 minutes a day, every day.
2. Write in my journal every day.
3. Increase my energy and well being.
4. Use my time wisely!


My Program:
I am looking at food as fuel. If it's junk, I'm finding I really don't want it. I am also reminding myself of how blessed I am to still be able to move. I am trying not to focus so much on the scale as the other benefits of clean eating and exercise.

Hey, there! Let's just keep encouraging each other again and again and again!! I really think I am going to eventually get there, but I cannot believe how unbelievably difficult it is through all of the discouragement of life!! You go, girl!! We can!!!
