My Goals:
50 or so pounds and several inches off waist a.s.a.p....and general healthier, more energetic feeling!

My Program:
- Counting calories - somewhere around 1,000-1,300/day

- Eating 5 smaller meals per day (rather than 3-4 larger ones)

- Aiming to not eat past 10pm or especially midnight

- Hitting up the gym as much as possible during the week, alternating between cardio (treadmill, eliptical, etc.) and weights; also, going for long walks and doing other weight exercises around the house.

I am one of the team leaders for Physically Healthy and Trim Sistaz. I wish you would join us on the message boards and in the huddles. We are getting ready to start a Valentine's Day Challenge. Weigh in will be Sunday and the challenge will last for 5 weeks.
