My Goals:
- A healthy weight of 132 lbs.

- Fasting blood sugar: 4-7 mmol/L

- Blood pressure: 130/80

My Program:
- Eat a low-carb, low-glycemic diet .
- Keep my frig stocked with freggies .
- One of my daily meals shall be a large salad.
- Drink lots of water and green tea.

- Purposefully exercise 30 minutes per day.
- Take at least 5,000 steps per day .
- Strength train 3x per week .
- Not sit at my computer for long periods of time, (except at work).

- Use SparkPeople... wisely.

- Live my life NOW, and not "10 lbs. from now".

SO good to hear from you, and thanks for the comments on my blog! I don't know when that Paris trip will happen - probably not til I retire - there are so many places I want to go - Paris, London, York, and many places in Ireland. Nor do I know where the money will come from - but one can hope, right? And plan, of course.

All the best with the exercise. I have been doing well,but I have a rotten cold right now, so I don't exercise til that is gone.

Meanwhile - keep walking. Although I imagine out where you are, it's still pretty snowy, right?

If you have 30 mins to spare make it an "active 30 mins"; walk, garden, strength or yoga, anything. You'll be glad you did!!
