I am marriied with four grown children, We have 11 grandchildren and two great grandchild. I was introduced to SPARKPEOPLE.COM February 2010 by my dietician and have lost 60 pounds. I exercise each morning on a stationary bike for 45 to 60 minutes. I look forward to a continued regimen of diet and exercise. I retired from the U.S. Coast Guard with a disability in 1979. My wife of 52 years and I both ride our own Harley-Davidsons and enjoying touring Canada and United States. Our longest ride ...

Yes, woke early due to "coughing" cat. I am wondering where we will put the snow that is due to fall tomorrow. Many of the roads are still very narrow.
Don't overdo with the shoveling. emoticon

Walk it out is a Wii game. I stayed nice and warm and dry too.
