I am marriied with four grown children, We have 11 grandchildren and two great grandchild. I was introduced to SPARKPEOPLE.COM February 2010 by my dietician and have lost 60 pounds. I exercise each morning on a stationary bike for 45 to 60 minutes. I look forward to a continued regimen of diet and exercise. I retired from the U.S. Coast Guard with a disability in 1979. My wife of 52 years and I both ride our own Harley-Davidsons and enjoying touring Canada and United States. Our longest ride ...

I quite possibly put in an overload of garlic........as if you really can over load it! lol! LOVE garlic!

Good Morning, thank you for commenting on my blog. I do use the crock pot a lot. I have also found adding Kale to my recipes makes it so much better. I am also trying to put more ginger root in recipes, so good.
