Getting it right

I've always been one to follow rather than lead. Always been the one to do what other people to told me to. This has lead me to a place where I am not happy with who I am. This hasn't lead me to panic, however. I am fortunate enough to know where to go from here. I know where I want to end up, and have a vague understanding of what I need to do to get there.

This is my attempt to get it right.

My Goals:
Achieve a healthy weight, and a fitness level good enough for the Canadian Forces.

My Program:
Eating 1550-1800 calories every day, running three times a week, circuit training and strength training three times a week. Pilates once a week, yoga daily
