Though I didn't use WW officially when I began No S, I did use the basic meal plans I had figured out on WW that let me eat for good combination of pleasure and fullness. That habit tends to keep my calories relatively consistent and reasonable- just the way slim cultures unwittingly manage their intake. I'm glad you're finding it going well. We all deserve some times of relief!
But I have to be honest: I'm actually having a bit of a rough time and have been for a few months. But No S is still my backbone program.
