The main message for weight loss: EAT LESS, MOVE MORE! Start this week with eating less. First, be sure you have written your Spark plan including your weight loss goal and Calorie & Fat limits (to change eating behaviors)
•Start today to monitor your calories and fat to meet your limits as planned
•Use the tools of self-monitoring and self-commitment to insure your success!
•Locate sample menus for your calorie limit for guidance
• Write down everything you eat (REMEMBER write it as you eat it)
• Be diligent in keeping your food and fitness journals.
• Stop eating when you reach you daily limits ☺

Monday will be day one. To me this reminds me of the reset button. Time to begin again. Goals to keep : 1. drinking more water, making sure to have a 16 ounce glass for each meal. 2. Making sure to eat healthier choices and keep measuring out food for better portion control. 3. Walk on my treadmill after my morning devotion time. For me God comes first. I need His word to help me wash and renew my mind so that I will think healthy. 4. Continue to read my book by TD Jakes that encourages me about Destiny. 5. Share with my Spark partners my progress and encourage my friends in return. As we keep our focus. We need one another, so be encouraged that you are not alone on this journey.
