WooHoo!! Way to go!! If you need a training schedule go to this website: www.thewalkingsite.com They have some there for free. It is what I used to train with...it's for walking but I jogged it. You might have to modify the weeks due to the date but it will work. I would also change the long distance part when it has you go for 13 miles down to 10 or 11 instead. I am using a walking schedule right now for the marathon training but I am jogging it instead.
You can hear all the advice people give you but until you experience it for yourself you can't fully get what they are telling you. So now you know what to do better for the next one. You can do it!!! Go For It!!
