That's what I am-a work in progress. I think we all are. Unless you've just recently quit breathing. I think that it's good to always be working toward a goal (or goals). Otherwise I don't feel like I'm much different that the plant sitting by my window.

Those goals could be in any or all areas of your life. Right now I'm focusing on my physical body, my spirit and my home. I'm exercising more, eating less (and better quality). I'm praying every day and reading scriptures. And I'm working on decluttering this cluttered house of mine. Yep, a work in progress. It might be only one little step at a time, but that one little step puts me ahead of where I was yesterday. =)

Fitness Minutes: 1,943

My Goals:
I am starting out using baby steps. I will do at least 10 minutes cardio per day. I will write in a jounal daily. And finally I will eat a high fiber/protein breakfast each day.


My Program:
I will strength train on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I will do cardio daily.



Personal Information:
I am from Utah. I am married with four kids. Two boys, two girls. I am a stay at home mom. I am taking classes in the medical field. When my youngest is in school I plan to go back to work. She starts kindergarten next year!


Other Information:
I have always had an easy time doing the exercise thing. I actually love to exercise and when I get in a rut of not exercising and then go back to it, I always wonder why I stopped. But the eating thing is my biggest struggle. I know that I don't want to "diet". I want to learn to eat like a thin person. You know, those people who stop eating when they're satisfied-not overstuffed. That is my goal.
