Birds flying high, you know how I feel ...
River running free, you know how I feel ...
Freedom is mine, and I know how I feel.

It's a new dawn, it's a new day, it's a new life for me.

And I'm feeling good.

Thanks for dropping by my blog on food labels. I think the study will have to be replicated a few times before I can throw all my eggs into that basket. You bring up some very good points. I personally like food labels and use them quite a bit and I think it would be great to have them for every restaurant. Have a good Thursday!

I've 'friended' you because I read some of your comments on science and exercise on the forums. Cogent and well thought out! I also read your blog on the self righteous views that are put forward as 'the way'. Having lost my father who was a macrobiotic, jazzercising, hippy who died of bowel cancer at 52, I try to surround myself with more open minded people who can tolerate different views instead of evangelizing. 'Food' becomes very religious doesn't it?

I also love running which I can see you also enjoy! Run Renata Run!

Hi! Sorry not to respond to your comment right away. Mostly I don't show him attention. I figure that a guy like that wants any kind he can get... Even negative. So I determinedly ignore him and try to make it look calm and not annoyed.

Swimsuits are impossible too. They're all made for the teens. I've only found one suit I ever liked and held me up. I'm dealing with one that I bought last year that does hold the girls in, but I now have to fix it so it fits well around the band because I doubt I'll find another suit for a fair price that holds everything in place right. I fall out of everything!

Hopefully I'll find new decent stores to clothes shop this year. Target just doesn't have the sizes I need for everything.
