I just saw your post on the message board about calories in/calories out. Your comments are always so intelligent and well written. I'm glad you're still here on spark. I hadn't seen you blog in awhile and having just read your last one I can understand why.
As the "carb queen" and a "daily weigher" 5+ years into maintenance, I often feel lectured at and put down for the choices which obviously work just fine for me (once I got my portions and calories under control)
Loved your comments on the Day 16 will power blog. Funny thing, we may come at it with different vocabulary, but in the end, those who succeed long term all do much the same thing: transform how we live to do things that support health and wellness! It's not a struggle of will when you wake up and realize it's what you really wanted all along. 1001 days ago
