I have lived in the Seattle area for about 18 years. My goal is to maintain my weight, lower my cholesterol, and exercise on a continuous basis for a healthy lifestyle. I feel better when I exercise daily about myself and about my life.

Personal Information:
Married to a wonderful husband, have 5 pets, 3 cats and 2 dogs.

I like to go hiking a lot and and snowshoeing when possible. Like to go for bike rides too!





Other Information:
I love Leslie Sansone dvds daily. The hardest thing for me is to get moving and I start out with the Sansone DVDs and build upon my workouts from there!

I read your comment on the challenge of staying with Spark when you are staying with your parents. I remember those days so well and how hard it was to have an agenda of my own when I visited. A couple of times I was able to do it though--take a walk even though it "startled" them, pick up some food I needed to stay on track and eat it instead of goodies; schedule a work call and take the time as a "break," from a visit. I don't know if any of that will be helpful to you, but it help me relax some and actually not resent being there so much.
