Hi! I'm Renee AND I am a Former Fat Person, wife of one super, super great husband, and proud owner of one super kitty cat.

Most of my story is in my early blogs which is my 1/16/2012 blog. In brief I have made it to less than 200 pounds THREE times now since I have started on my weight loss journey at the end of 2008, and I feel i have STOPPED sabotaging myself and I am slowly getting closer to goal, even though I haven't even reached my goal yet....no one said this would be easy.
(Added 9/23/12) I have figured out what has happened to me these last two times and why I failed, the shrink didn't tell me, I just FINALLY figured it out! The first time I failed cause I wasn't ready to be someone I haven't been in such a long time. Junior year is when the weight starting creeping up now that I was 29 watching things shrinIk and "wrinkle" where fat had been so long, I was not prepared, I wanted it but I didn't get it. The second time, yes my emotional eating issues when my stepfather passed overwhelmed me A LOT! In fact I went through a lot of things that I will not ever share but I keep myself busy with things and refrain from throwing myself pity parties and I will get through it. So the THIRD time has to be the last right!?!?!?!

My program at the moment consists of me aiming for at least 8 hours of sleep- I usually get 7 though, Doing a long walk/jog on the weekend OR killing myself working on my house for 8 hours! Aim to get at least (3) 30 minute workout sessions a week. And serious portion control!
