    Thank you for the kind blog comment. I'm sorry you had to go through that with your father, it's never easy no matter who you have to deal with. After writing that blog yesterday, I made a conscious decision that night not to eat bad food. Had the opportunity, but slowed my thoughts down enough to tell myself that if I really wanted it, I could wait until Sunday to have it (that's my treat/rest day). If I can keep that mentality, I'll be okay.
