I no longer do circuit training as I moved south to the Durham Region. I do try and walk on the treadmill at least 6 times a week. I try to go for 40 minutes. Also will go for walks by the lake. In the last year I have not gained or lost - just stuck where I was. I hope to be lighter by Christmas 2010!
2012 - yes! I now only have to lose 20 lbs to become 'overweight'. Shall I try for that goal by this time in 2013?

Sorry to hear you are still coughing and I hope it improves soon for you.

I do have white noise on in the room already and it does help a bit. These winds, though, are drowning out the sound of the white noise. Never mind, hopefully it won't go on for much longer. The plants and trees already think it is spring as do the birds!
