    I have to agree about the exercise. Since joining the 5% Challenges I have really increased the amount of exercise I do each day and it's becoming a good habit. I think that's how I finally got to goal and how I have been able to stay there so far.

    Nope, Pilates is not as easy as it looks. Takes a whole lot of core strength and I'm not there yet. But each time I go to class I feel a little bit stronger. Trouble is, she keeps throwing in new things that challenge us. I know that's good and it makes both my mind and my body engage - but sometimes I just want to do the same old things and not think!

    After my Melt class today many of my little aches have gone away. It's really quite amazing. But of course, one needs to make it part of the daily routine and for me, that is going to be the hard part!
