Deanna welcome to sparks - so glad you have found us

Take time to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined - lots of encouragement there.

A note on participating = I have just recently rejoined the group called 8 Week Diabetic Challenge = 1st time around I did not post and was not successful with losing weight. I am now on Week 2 and have posted each day - to help keep me accountable - and I am seeing positive results in my daily glucose readings and today in my weight.

I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for months to come!
