I've been on SP since 2009, but usually I only log my food/fitness when I'm training for a race. Knowing my calories in vs. calories out helps me stay on track and in training mode. Fitness and healthy eating have always been a passion for me. I love clean eating, cooking, running, biking, swimming.. and doing just about anything outside!

I run four days a week and ST three. Recently, I added a kickboxing class to my routine that I absolutely love. Now that I've taken a class where you actually make contact with a bag I'll never go back to just swinging at the air!

Haven't seen much from you. Are you doing ok? Setting new running records in your home town?? Busy with summer? I've been logging into Spark but not doing much in the way of food tracking. Just got a new workout from my trainer -so I'm stoked. I miss seeing your acheivements....

Hey there - I'm actually a beginner with the running... I just recently got up to three miles at an average pace. Not too fast =) ... I signed up for my first 5K this coming October. So hopefully at that point I'll have built up some speed =D ... Our height sucks some times huh? =) You are just about at my goal weight! You're my hero! =D

The weather was perfect for running! Congrats on your first marathon! That is so exciting! I don't know that I will ever want to run more than a 10k!
