I've been on SP since 2009, but usually I only log my food/fitness when I'm training for a race. Knowing my calories in vs. calories out helps me stay on track and in training mode. Fitness and healthy eating have always been a passion for me. I love clean eating, cooking, running, biking, swimming.. and doing just about anything outside!

My Program:
I run four days a week and ST three. Recently, I added a kickboxing class to my routine that I absolutely love. Now that I've taken a class where you actually make contact with a bag I'll never go back to just swinging at the air!

My foot/heel is getting better. I can stretch it now with little pain. My knee is a little sore, but while I am in FL, I will be getting lots of swimming in which will help it. I can't wait to enjoy the 10k!

Scared is more appropriate a word! LOL! My daughter jumped on my back when I was crouched down on Friday and messed up my bad knee and I have plantar fascitis in the heel of he same leg. I may be doing more walking than running, but I can't wait nonetheless. It should be an experience.
How about you? Ready to run with the crowds?
