My Goals:
I'd like to get within a healthy range of my BMI.

My Program:
I eat every three hours and exercise 90 minutes a day. During the week I exercise by walking to work and running on the treadmill. On the weekends, I try to do fun things, like hiking, and also try to walk more than drive. Overall, I want everyday errands to also include exercise.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Toledo and Columbus, Ohio. I've also lived in Florida, Indiana, and Michigan. Now I'm finally living in California!
