Trying out bike touring in 2014
I love cooking and great flavorful food, but sometimes I need an outside push to try something different.
I can see where trying to do C25K can be a challenge on top of 70+ hour work weeks. Glad to hear it's for a finite period of time. I'd say just do the best you can and don't be too hard on yourself. Even if you repeat some weeks and the program stretches out a bit you will still finish it. Also, since diet trumps exercise in terms of results, maybe shift to more focus on your diet during this time? I'm glad you're looking for ways to adjust instead of giving up - you can do it!!
