Becoming a new me!

I am a 34 year old mom of 3, College Student and Army wife. I have been an army wife for 10 years. I have been smoke free for over 4 years. Go Me! Origianlly my journey to lose weight so that I can be a good role model for my kids, have more energy and to be comfortable in my own skin! I started this year out with the mind set that this is my year. This is my year to get into the shape I dream of being in.

My starting Weight was 194! My end weight was 144. That would make it a well rounded 50 lbs to lose. With the loss of my first 20 pounds came a change to my menstral cycle. The signs that I usually was given by my body to tell me that ovulation was approaching were no longer present. On March 14th I took a pregnancy test to find out that I was infact pregnant with my 4th baby. Rather than quitting I decided to stick to my workouts and stay fit through out my entire pregnancy. After I have my 4th baby I will re-evaluate and continue my journey!

January:
Starting Weight (Jan 9, 2012) : 194
Week 1 (Jan 16, 2012) : 187
Week 2 (Jan 23, 2012): 185.6
Week 3 (Jan 30, 2012): 186.4
Total Lost in January: 7.6 lbs

February:
Week 4 (Feb 6, 2012): 183.2
Week 5 (Feb 13, 2012) : 180.0
Week 6 (Feb 20, 2012): 179.0 (I am in the 170's!!!)
Week 7 (Feb 27, 2012): 178.6
Total Lost in February: 7.8 lbs

March:
Week 8 (Mar 5, 2012): 178.2
Week 9 (Mar 12, 2012): 176.6
Week 10 (Mar 19, 2012): 175.8 (AHHH I am pregnant!!! I will use this weight as my prepregnancy weight!)
Week 11 (March 26, 2012): 175.6 (5W1D pregnant)
Week 12 (April 2, 2012): Praying for no increase yet but I know its coming!!)

To get in good shape so that I can have more energy in everyday activites as well as be more active with my kids.

Being Married to a Company Commander requires that you attend a lot of military functions. I want to be the woman my hubby deserves to have on his arm. He is exceptional at his job and has the reputation for being exceptional. He deserves more than what I am. I strive to live up to what he deserves.

Thank you so much Robin!! I sure need the rooting on this week.. Today I am feeling better though,,,execpt for this stinking sore throat but that wont stop me. I am still pushing through this week, I will not give up!
