I am Back!! I have been a member here off and on for a while. I am a 37 year old mother of 4! My last time here I lost 20lbs in 2.5 months. Then I had a surprise pregnancy and took a break. That little surprise pregnancy has turned into an active 2 year old! I think she is old enough now for me to get back into my work out routine I had almost 3 years ago. Unfortunately I am at the exact same weight I was the last time I started! 194! Hopefully I can watch the pounds shead away just as quickly as I did last time!

First weigh-in (Nov 3, 2014): 194 (early into my workout I suffered an injury that left me unable to workout)

After taking some time to allow my injury to heel I am back at it!
A cruise planned in June 2015 gave me motivation to once again work to lose weight. May 11th 2015 I began working out again. My starting weight was 193. I completed a round of the 21 day fix and lost 11.2 lbs. by the time I left for my cruise I had lost a total of 15 lbs and was weighing 178. After the cruise I was easily able to maintain my weight but was not losing as I was not really trying to and was not working out. I resumed working out using T25 on July 13th. I am enjoying the program and I am currently at 172lbs. I have lost my first 20 lbs!

To get in good shape so that I can have more energy in everyday activites as well as be more active with my kids.

Being Married to a Company Commander requires that you attend a lot of military functions. I want to be the woman my hubby deserves to have on his arm. He is exceptional at his job and has the reputation for being exceptional. He deserves more than what I am. I strive to live up to what he deserves.

    I am here! Been at a plateau for a couple of months.. but then again lately I have been eating a little more heavier so perhaps I am just balancing everything out. I am going to stop this though and concentrate on the things that I know are better for me.
    i am still very much interested in running but I am not planning on joining a gym or buying a treadmill, I live right across the street from a really nice park so really there are NO excuses execpt that it has been raining alot here lately.
    I will be heading to America for Christmas this year (alone) so I am hopeing that i will be able to control myself and not gain. There is already snow in Indy but that does not mean that it will still be there when I arrive.

    Welcome Back! I have been working on losing weight since March. I have not been very active here on SparkPeople though. Maybe since you are back I will get more active here.

    I have been doing water fitness a couple times a week, that just started in October. Dont notice much difference yet, but sure feels nice to go to the sauna area after exercising.
