Hi, I'm Cheryl, and it is time for me to drop the weight that I have been carrying around for almost 10 yrs. After a hip replacement, developing borderline high blood pressure and having to be on cholesterol meds, I am finally really to try again, with the help of my husband, to get back to a healthy weight for me. Not necessarily a slender me again, but healthier.

Hi Cheryl,
You know I am woefully behind already in the month of September for posting new topics in the Exercise section. I am thinking I will do a number of topics covering different areas of cardio. It will be a person's choice to either enter in time, laps, miles or just an emoticon to say you did this for the day.
I will make sure to do a post on swimming or water aerobics for those who have the chance to do this as cardio- I sure wish I could.
Let me know if you need help once I get it posted- hopefully today.
