My Goals:
This month, I want to continue to drink 8 glasses of water, track my nutrition and get enough sleep. I also want to finish physical therapy.

My Program:
I am logging on to SP daily, drinking my water (or tea), and getting enough sleep.

I will complete my PT at home on the days I'm not at the clinic & will walk at least 45 minutes 3 days a week when I'm not at PT until I'm healed enough to get my 7200 steps in daily.

Other Information:
