I am a 46 year old women- I have an autoimmune disease that makes it difficult for me to lose weight- I can't eat alot of veggies that contain Vit. K. ( Lettuce,-spinach etc) that might make my blood to thin. I had a clot in my leg that makes my legs achy- so sometimes exercise is difficult. Enough whining!! I am happy, have a wonderful family, a good job....I just find it difficult to lose weight and keep it off! I am looking for support and help! I have used sparks before with success, but when I start doing good, and things get busy with life- this is one area I don't keep up....so I am starting again - bear with me!

My Goals:
1. To lose 1-2/week over the course of the next year or two.
2. Exercise on a daily basis
Find an exercise that I
am comfortable doing
3. Eat a healthier diet


My Program:
1. Monitor my weight loss and not get dissappointed when I plateau.
2. Try a variety of exercises that I can accomplish without hurting my legs.
3. Try a variety of foods that are healthier for me.

I live on a farm in SD- we have a very small farm house so hard for exercise equipment- I know not a good excuse! It is 20 min away from a town with a gym in it, so hard to do exercises in the winter- and yes have tried videos but close quarters & one tv with kids is not a good mix! I do have a autoimmune disease which is a challenge in itself, but I try to make things work. I do loose motivation easily...but I keep trying!
