Time to Get Serious

I'm generally really active, but don't really think about food much and hate to cook for myself because I don't want to deal with leftovers.

Current Status:
RINLYN got 10,000 steps three days last week, and once again yesterday. Current goal = 3x a week. Then we'll see about more! (This is on top of my regular workouts, which really don't give me steps)
