Thanks for the nice comments on my page. I actually started at 224, but was at 214 when I started SP, so count from that- lol.
It's been a tough, long road and I am not done yet. It is a road I don't ever want to take again. good thing for you to start doing something about it now - that is fabulous! P90x and InSaNiTy are great workouts..check out Cathe Friedrich too - she kicks butt!
