Snow time fun at the end of 2010
Hello all, well this page is mostly for me, but it's so great to have this community at my fingertips. 2010 was a great start for my weight loss, and now I know what to do, no dieting, just living and finding me in there somewhere! So as 2011 begins, so do I, to find the fit, fun, FANTASTIC me. I can grow up without growing bigger around the belly! Best wishes to all.
I want to create some very specific goals, but I need to start small.
1. Drink water - plenty of it
2. Track what I eat and how much
3. Do 15 mins exercise each day
My programme will be my lifestyle. I want to incorporate being fit, active, fun and eating well into who I am.
Currently a university student, soon to be a graduate. Then off into the big wide world.
I enjoy reading, tv, films and playing games on my nintendo ds, but my true passion is logic puzzles! I had the most amazing year seeing some of the USA, I'll never forget it. I love my family, and have a loving supportive man in my life that I love very much. Thank you.

Welcome to the gang, we are a very friendly & supportive group of Sparkers so come on in and feel at home here. Drop in for ‘A Natter’ anytime or join in our Challenges.
We have started meeting up with each other for the odd Sunday lunch, the first of which was in 2009 in Telford, one was in Feb in Birmingham, Nottingham in May, Telford in September. We have just had the latest one in Nuneaton in November 2010, which was really great. Take a look at the ‘Sunday Tucker’ topic & also my blog for 22/11/10 to see what we get up to.
Each July for the past 3 years, Pete (DH & also CATMAN124) & I have organised the UK Main Team Party in the Park at Coombe Abbey and although the gatherings have only been small so far, we are hoping that as an annual event, it will grow & grow.

Just jump in. I do most of my posts on a small group. And add people as friends, you'll get notices about them on your friend feed, and when you do something, they'll see m=notices about you. It feels a bit hard, but it really isn't.
