Let's just be blunt,

I need a complete overhaul. Sad, but true. My divorce was made official not too long ago and instead of getting my butt into shape I went for simple changes and made excuses.

I cut my hair off, which in retrospect may not have been my best decision. I gained all the weight that I'd lost back and now I'm stuck in my fat, frumpy clothes. Not cool.....

So, I am now in the process of giving myself a complete overhaul. I am growing back my hair, losing weight and slowly but surely getting rid of my frumpy clothes.

I'm hoping for a healthier me by the summer of 2014 :)

My Goals:
I would like to fix my health problems, lose weight and have more energy.

I would also like to be able to run a 5k without passing out :)

My Program:
Under 1600 calories a day.

Cutting out fried food, white starch, dairy products (Which should be easy because I'm allergic to them, at least it should be easy), junk food.

I am cutting back my portions. Focusing on healthier choices.

Drinking green tea and water, while allowing myself a daily treat, soy chocolate milk.

I'm going to put my home gym to good use as well as use the gym that I signed up for, but never go to, to help.

Personal Information:
I am a self-employed mom of two looking to get in shape and start my life over again :)

Other Information:
I love to read, write, watching movies, going for walks, playing sports and etc.
