I've done it before.... I can do it again!

Hi Everybody! In October of 2011, I started my Spark journey and managed to lose 25 pounds. I maintained for about 4-5 months, and then slowly, pound by pound, it crept back. I've still incorporated outdoors, exercise, and nutrition in my life, but obviously not enough! Example: I love to eat healthful foods, unfortunately I also love to eat non-healthful foods! I love to exercise, but I also love to curl up with my blanket and watch Hulu!

I finally can't ignore the scale, mirror, the way my clothes fit, or most importantly, the way I feel. Time to get back at it!

Thank you so much for your comment on my blog! I too enjoy working out when I am going through something like that. I find that it helps me let out my aggression. We talked over the weekend and we are going to try and work on our relationship and see what happens until I go back home for school in the Spring. I hope you had an awesome day!
xoxo,
Emma

I found your page while looking for more Sparkfriends to help keep me motivated on my re-started health journey. I feel like I can relate the idea of starting over and working hard to meet your goals. Good luck with losing 5 pounds by Thanksgiving. I'll be looking forward to updates on your 5K training

Thank you for your comment on my blog! I really appreciate the support! I do have a lot of positive changes headed my way, but I am trying to have a more laid back approach to them so that I do not get too stressed and overwhelmed like I have in the past! And I feel that when I comment on other peoples blogs I get comments back. Motivating other people motivates me! :)
