I'm a mother of three teenagers, happily married for 22 years to my best friend!! I work as a registered nurse in an emergency room and have finally decided to go "out of my comfort zone",,,join a gym and start a new healthy life!!! I'm looking to network with others to get and give support to others in my same situation!!!!

My Program:
I use my fitness pal to stay on track.....working out 4-5 days a week..kind of staying with bob Harper's philosophy of dieting..the skinny rules!!!!

Other Information:
Kind of obsessed with the biggest loser..although results aren't possible at home for most of America..they are n to something be cause these people are losing weight even when they go home!!!!
