Here I am 51 and overweight again. I had lost 60 pounds a few years ago, but because of some things going on in my life stopped exercising. Of course I put it all back on again. Then I lost 20 and put that plus more on. I want to get back to that sexy healthy confident feeling again so I'm getting back on track. I think this time if I apply all I've learned I can keep it off.

My Goals:
I want to get in shape to feel better, sexier, and healthier. I want to make physical fitness a fun part of life.
My Program:
I'm eating a 1200 calorie diet. I am also working with a nutritionist to help meet that goal. I'm going to start walking for 30 minutes 3 times a week at the very least.
Personal Information:
I've been married for 24 years, have 2 kids in college and I work in a library. Believe it or not, the library creates the most stress!
Other Information:
I love reading particularly mysteries. My very favorite authors are Janet Evanovich and James Patterson.
