Thank you for the comment on my blog. I had the same thing happen to me. When I reached my goal weight I didn't know if I was supposed to stay or go away. I didn't know, but I have learned that it is important to share with others what you have done.
for commenting on my blog. Even though today is my rest day, I've been moving. I read an article that if I work out for an hour, but rest the rest of the day that doesn't help me and even worse if then I'm laid up for days so I'm breaking it down throughout the day so I'm like sit for a bit, move for a bit, kind of shaking up my body and getting it fired up. My legs are sore from yesterday so there will also be a lot of stretching today.
